We are looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a school team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Help prepare resources and create an engaging learning environment.
* Provide additional support to students with special educational needs if required.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable).
* A patient, supportive, and positive attitude.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) desirable but not essential.
