ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced SEN teacher to work in a SEN School on a full-time basis.
About the role
* As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, tailored teaching to students with a range of additional learning needs.
* You will adapt the curriculum to meet individual learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are supported to make meaningful progress and achieve their full potential.
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals, you will implement and review individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs).
* The role involves creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
* You will maintain clear communication with parents, carers, and external agencies, contributing to reviews, assessments, and progress reports.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teacher you will:
* Have a suitable qualification to teach mathematics such as a PGCE or BEd. Have experience of teaching students on a one to one or small group basis working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
* Be able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
