We are a growing business specialising in ecommerce website security and ongoing maintenance. We support online shops by keeping their websites secure reliable and well maintained so they can focus on running their businesses. We value organisation clear communication and attention to detail across everything we do. Role Overview We are looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to support our day to day operations. This role does not require technical knowledge but does require strong administrative skills confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. You will provide administrative support to the team help keep internal processes running smoothly and assist with customer related and operational tasks while working remotely. Key Responsibilities ● Provide general administrative support to the team ● Manage emails calendars and internal communications ● Create update and maintain documents spreadsheets and records ● Assist with invoicing reporting and basic data entry tasks ● Support customer service processes where required ● Maintain accurate and confidential records ● Learn and use internal systems tools and workflows effectively ● Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Required Skills and Experience ● Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook ● Excellent written communication skills ● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities ● Ability to learn new software and processes quickly ● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment ● Professional reliable and trustworthy attitude Additional Requirements ● Must be 18 years of age or over ● Must have a stable and reliable internet connection suitable for remote work ● Must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement due to the sensitive nature of client and company information Desirable but Not Essential ● Experience working remotely ● Experience with invoicing systems CRM or internal management tools ● Familiarity with ecommerce businesses or digital services What We Offer ● Competitive salary based on experience ● Full training on our systems and processes ● Opportunities for progression within a growing remote first business ● Supportive team environment with a focus on learning and development ● Flexible working hours where applicable How to Apply Please submit your CV on our website along with a short cover letter outlining your administrative experience and why you would be suitable for this remote role.
