Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – GRC SaaS

Location: UK (Remote with travel to London for business-critical needs)

Salary: Up to £113,000 base + bonus + commission


About the Opportunity


We’re partnering with a global leader in AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. Their platform empowers organisations across regulated industries to make smarter, risk-aware decisions and stay ahead in an increasingly complex landscape.


Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving large-scale GRC transformation programmes.


What You’ll Be Doing


* Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
* Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing key accounts
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
* Take a consultative approach, aligning GRC solutions to complex business challenges
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through both inbound and self-generated opportunities
* Navigate high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence and precision
* Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets


What We’re Looking For


* Experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of overachievement
* Proven GRC experience is essential (Governance, Risk, Compliance platforms or solutions)
* Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or energy
* Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to navigate complex organisations and long sales cycles
* High levels of drive, resilience, and emotional intelligence
