The Role
As Head of Product, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision, leading the Product Team, and ensuring our portfolio remains at the forefront of the market. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with global standards while maximising commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Product Team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
* Define and deliver the long-term product roadmap in line with business strategy.
* Ensure compliance with international safety standards and certifications.
* Oversee product launches, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
* Act as the voice of the customer, driving market insights into product decisions.
* Maximise product profitability while maintaining technical excellence.
* Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and with key customers.
Skills and Experience
* Proven leadership in product management, ideally in safety-critical or regulated industries.
* Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
* Knowledge of international safety standards and product certification.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
