We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team player to join our reprographics team, helping to ensure high quality print resources and high levels of customer service. We are looking for someone who can:
1. Join our print team to ensure the printing of resources, materials and collateral are delivered in a timely way, helping to guarantee no teaching or learning is disadvantaged.
2. Operate multi-functional devices, larger format printer, laminator, and other items of equipment as required.
3. To use our ticketing system, communicating clearly to ensure effective and efficient completion of tasks
4. Help the Team Lead to operate an efficient stock control system, planning for peak periods of the college year and ensuring stock is replenished in a timely way to maintain the levels required to provide an efficient service.
If you have knowledge and experience in this type of role, can demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, are a good communicator with strong IT literacy and customer service skills, are a team player and would like to work with us at our thriving college, we’d love to hear from you.
