Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensuring proper coding and allocation of expenses.
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for accounts payable.
* Collaborating with other departments to address queries related to invoices.
* Supporting month-end closing activities as required.
* Providing general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
Profile
A successful Interim Accounts Payable should have:
* Experience working within an accounts payable function, ideally in the property industry.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
