Job Opportunity: Assistant Administrator – Shetland, Scotland

Location: Shetland Islands (site-based)
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-term / Full-time

Key Skills & Qualifications

* Organisational Excellence – ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things on track.

* Communication Skills – clear, confident, and professional across all levels.

* IT Proficiency – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to pick up client-specific systems.

* Attention to Detail – accurate, methodical, and numerate approach to work.

* Industry Awareness – some knowledge of construction/engineering environments is a bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Project Support – help managers with scheduling, budgets, coding works, and tracking progress.

* Documentation Management – maintain project records, contracts, and compliance files.

* Coordination – liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to keep workflows smooth.

* Compliance & Reporting – assist with reports for senior management, ensuring company standards and regulations are followed.

* Site Support – handle ordering/distribution of site materials and PPE.
