Reward & People Operations Manager (Part-Time, 3 Days a Week)
Salary: £50,000 per annum full time equivalent (£30,000 pro rata.)
Location: Hybrid working

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Reward & People Operations Manager to join the People Partnering & Operations team on a part-time basis.
This role will take ownership of HR systems, data, and reward frameworks – ensuring processes run efficiently, data drives smart decisions, and the reward offering remains competitive and aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities include:
Reward
* Develop and manage reward strategies, salary structures, and benefits.
* Oversee benefits administration and liaise with providers.
* Lead the annual pay and bonus review process.
* Evolve the benefits offering in line with market trends and employee needs.
* Support benchmarking and reward-related reporting.
People Data & Analytics
* Produce regular HR dashboards on headcount, turnover, EDI, absence, and engagement.
* Deliver insights that inform people strategy and business decisions.
* Support statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap).
* Maintain data accuracy across People Systems.
Systems & Process
* Partner with the People team to streamline and enhance HR processes.
* Conduct data audits and manage HR budgets.
* Drive continuous improvement across systems and reporting tools.
About You
* Proven experience in Reward and/or People Operations.
* Strong data skills – confident with reporting, analytics tools, and advanced Excel.
* Experience managing HRIS
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
* Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* A clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.
