Relationship Management Team - Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing IT Managed Services Provider (MSP), specialising in the education sector. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the education landscape, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role would be particularly well-suited to a School Business Manager looking to transition into the IT and services sector, leveraging their in-depth knowledge of school operations and stakeholder engagement.
As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients - understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored IT and EdTech solutions that align with their academic and business objectives.
This position requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can work both independently and collaboratively across internal teams including marketing, technical support, and education teams. A passion for educational technology, a deep understanding of the challenges schools face, and a proven ability to exceed sales and revenue targets in a competitive market are essential for success.
