The Role:
* Join a digital, social, and CX-focused team to consolidate and grow the account.
* Build strong partnerships with clients to enhance their customer experience.
* Bring expertise and challenge, engaging in strategic conversations and inspiring creative excellence.
* Report to the Managing Partner and manage an Account Manager and an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the strategy lead to set growth directions.
* Collaborate with strategic partners to find impactful insights.
* Work with creative leads to improve creative output.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, fostering confidence and open communication.
Experience, Skillset, and Qualifications:
* Minimum 9+ years’ experience in CX and direct response, including social & digital advertising.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Charismatic, energetic, and inspiring personality.
* Confident strategic thinker with impact-driven approach.
* Ability to recognize and push creative ideas.
* Customer-first mindset and ability to execute effectively.
* Ability to foster a positive, fun, and productive work culture.
