Mortgage Administrator required to provide maternity cover within a Wealth Management Practice based in East Belfast. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the practice Ensure client files are complete with all required identification documentation and application forms Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings and carry out post-meeting follow-up, including accurately updating client records on company CRM systems. Process applications accurately and maintain required management information Progress applications by liaising with product providers, advisers, clients, and 3rd parties to ensure timely completion Answer incoming telephone calls, handling queries confidently and professionally Meet and greet clients and visitors to the practice in a professional manner. Run reports and illustrations, collating key data as required Progress applications with product providers, including chasing Letters of Authority Compile and produce client correspondence, letters, and reports Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include Maths & English IT Proficient to include Word and Excel.
