Salary: £25466.64 per annum plus £300 monthly bonus OTE
Location: Membury, RG17 7RZ ( 40 hours a week worked between Monday to Friday, 8 am 6pm)

Join our team at Hypertec as a Warehouse Operative where youll play a key role in ensuring our products are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently. Youll work closely with a friendly team to keep our warehouse running smoothly and help deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
As part of the team, youll:
Ensure accuracy in all tasks, maintain strong stock integrity through good working practices and support the wider operation by completing reasonable duties across departments.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and comply with Health & Safety requirements, reporting any hazards, incident, accidents or near misses.
Complete both in person and online training sessions and consistently demonstrate the Exertis core values.
Actively participate in comm cells to identify performance barriers and suggest opportunities for improvement.
