We are retained to manage a really exciting search for a strategic and commercially minded Sales Director to lead the holiday home sales department of an independent and privately owned multi-site holiday park operator.
You will be a senior professional within the holiday home market, passionate about driving high performance and standards across sales teams and processes, while ensuring owners have an exceptional customer experience.
We seek an experienced leader to shape, own, and direct the sales strategy. You will be empowered to make decisions and implement change, building on the success of this year's sales results. Equally important is establishing effective processes, measurements, and best practices to support sales performance.
The role involves regular travel around the parks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
