Sales & Office Coordinator
Location: Pondtail Farm, Knepp Estate, Sussex
Company: Green People (Organic Beauty)
Type: Full-time
Green People, a pioneering organic beauty brand based on the beautiful Knepp Estate in Sussex, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Office Coordinator to support our Sales, Marketing, and PR functions. This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of our business operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and loves the details as much as the big picture.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and fast-paced team. You'll play a key role in assisting our Sales Team, working closely with major retail accounts. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential in this dynamic environment.
You'll also take ownership of coordinating external sales rep incentives and producing a bi-monthly sales presentation that highlights updates, trade news, and key sales focus areas — helping to drive performance across our sales network.
This is an exciting cross-functional role that spans sales, marketing, PR, and customer care — offering plenty of development opportunities for the right candidate.
Green People is currently experiencing strong growth and international expansion, presenting excellent opportunities for progression, including the potential to move into Account Management for motivated individuals.
