Location: Coventry
Salary: circa £40,000
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct risk assessments, develop prevention plans, and implement safety improvement measures across operations
* Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
* Maintain a strong shopfloor presence to monitor EHS compliance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
* Deliver EHS training, raise awareness, manage onboarding, and act as the main point of contact for EHS matters
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree with NEBOSH qualification or equivalent practical EHS experience
* Previous experience as an EHS Advisor in a production/manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental regulations, and risk prevention practices
* Proactive, safety-first mindset with the ability to influence, advise, and lead by example
* Well-organised communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office
