A secondary school in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. Supporting across Key Stage 3 and 4, you will plan and deliver targeted small-group activities, provide one-to-one support, and work collaboratively with class teachers and parents to help every child achieve their potential. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver targeted small-group activities for Key Stage 3 and 4.
* Provide one-to-one support to students as needed.
* Collaborate with class teachers and parents to support student progress.
Requirements
* Proven experience working in a UK school setting.
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent qualifications/GCSEs in English & Maths).
* Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing needs, and collaborate with teaching staff.
* A passion for nurturing young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
