Key responsibilities and duties include:
* Overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including operations, revenue, finance, and human resources, to achieve high service standards and business performance
* Driving sales and revenue to increase profitability, reviewing labor and costs regularly
* Managing all hotel departments to ensure high standards of service delivery across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.
* Liaising with brand and head office to improve hotel performance through identifying gaps and training needs
* Hiring, retaining, and engaging team members through effective recruitment and training
* Reporting operational issues to company directors and relevant departments for timely resolution
* Creating a welcoming environment and setting the tone for guest experiences
* Managing HR responsibilities in accordance with policies
* Developing team performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition
* Ensuring legal compliance in all areas

What we are looking for:
* Previous management experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Front Office, F&B, Finance, Revenue, and HR
* In-depth knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
* Experience supporting training processes, delivering training, and maintaining records
* Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, and motivational under pressure
* Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills
* Problem-solving skills that turn issues into opportunities
* Flexibility for nights, weekends, and bank holidays shifts
