We are seeking an adept Business Development Specialist to oversee the Music Intern Accelerator Program. This role involves program coordination, mentorship, project management, and evaluation, providing an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial individuals.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the program.
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
3. Collaborate with departments for a comprehensive learning experience.
4. Serve as the primary contact, offering guidance and support.
5. Monitor intern progress, providing feedback and career advice.
