About the Faculty
The Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine is one of the largest and most successful centres for research and education in the UK. It brings together translational and clinical scientists to provide new cross‑divisional research collaborations while optimising the deployment of teaching expertise across the Faculty.
With a student body of 6,000 the Faculty’s Schools of Bioscience Education and GKT School of Medical Education deliver a comprehensive education and training portfolio, including undergraduate health‑professions programmes (Medicine, Nutrition & Dietetics, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy) and a wide range of BSc and MSc programmes in the biomedical sciences / biomedical engineering. The Faculty also has an expansive postgraduate taught programme portfolio with around 40 programmes covering basic science, programmes for health professionals and pharmacy/pharmacology.

About the SUSTech – King’s Joint Education Institute (JEI)
The SUSTech – King’s Joint Education Institute is an ambitious project between King’s College London and the Southern University of Science & Technology to establish a world‑class joint school of Biosciences in Shenzhen, China. The JEI will engage with high‑tech and med‑tech industry in southern China and Hong Kong to generate pedagogical and curriculum advances, and will initially comprise degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Biomedical Engineering.

Senior Lecturer – Educational Psychology
Our client seeks an accomplished Senior Lecturer with expertise in Educational Psychology. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Biomedical Engineer. This entry‑level role involves medical equipment maintenance, repair, and support for NHS and private healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the repair, maintenance, and calibration of a range of medical devices.
* Assist in administration of contracts and subcontracts and relevant record keeping.
* Support senior engineers with technical tasks and gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment.
