_ Chef de Partie _
Located in the beautiful village of Much Marcle, Herefordshire, The Walwyn Arms requires another chef to help continue the development of this family run country dining pub. We have an excellent reputation for food, we offer, full fresh food menu, pub classics & daily changing specials, alongside a successful Sunday carvery.
With Luke as Head Chef, you will be part of the kitchen team of 6+, using fresh produce to create delicious, interesting pub dishes of high quality. You'll be preparing a seasonally changing menu & daily specials.
Pay and hours really depend on experience, personal circumstances & performance.
You'll be working in a beautiful part of the world, with a great FOH and BOH teams and a large kitchen. c500 covers per week. You will be responsible for daily due dilligence & service.
Previous experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential for this role. Ongoing training is provided.
We are offering a full time / part time, permanent contract
We offer competitive salary & a sensible 24 - 49 hr working week with two consecutive days off, most weeks.
