We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Range Host to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll ensure our driving range remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for all visitors. From greeting guests to maintaining the range area, you’ll be at the heart of creating a fantastic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests in a professional, welcoming manner.
* Provide guests with information on range services, equipment, and safety guidelines.
* Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and adherence to range rules.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the driving range, including collecting balls and tidying bays.
* Ensure baskets and range equipment are readily available and in good condition.
* Support colleagues during busy periods and help with events or promotions.
The Candidate:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
* A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to smooth daily operations.
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
* Physically able to walk the range, lift baskets, and work on your feet.
* Basic knowledge of golf and range etiquette (preferred but not essential).
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar (preferred).
This role may involve working weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is a must.
