Key Responsibilities
* Creating memorable experiences through authentic customer service.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
* Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
* Managing cash and following security and safety policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
