Salary: Up to £52,194 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

About the Role
As a Senior Practitioner in the Referral and Assessment Team, you will:
7. Lead on complex assessments and interventions for children
8. Provide high‑quality, child‑centred practice that promotes safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes
9. Contribute to team management, deputising for the team leaders and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students
10. Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams
11. Model best practice and support continuous improvement across the service
Qualifications & Requirements
12. Relevant Social Work qualification
13. Completed ASYE
14. Active Social Work England registration
