About the Role
We are seeking confident and passionate SEN practitioners who can:
Support pupils with a range of complex needs
Lead small-group or 1:1 interventions using HLTA-level expertise
Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapy teams
Adapt learning materials to support differentiated provision
Promote independence, engagement and positive outcomes for all students
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in these roles, you will need:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience working in SEN or specialist education settings
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A flexible, proactive and compassionate approach
Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
