About The Role
This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment strategy across Acosta Europe. You will work in true partnership with hiring managers, leaders, and external partners to ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people who align with our culture and our clients' needs.
You'll bring a commercial mindset, a consultative approach, and the confidence to influence and advise at all levels. Whether you're shaping talent pipelines, promoting our employer brand, or guiding hiring teams through best practice, you'll help us build a high-performing organisation from the inside out.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Design and deliver innovative talent attraction strategies that support Acosta's growth.
Use market insight and labour data to refine approaches and open new sourcing opportunities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop accurate, engaging job briefs.
Client & Stakeholder Partnerships
Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and hiring managers to understand business needs and culture.
Act as a talent advisor, supporting managers with expertise, market knowledge, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Use a mix of direct sourcing, headhunting, social outreach, and networking to find top talent.
Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key or future roles.
Build ongoing connections with potential candidates to ensure a strong pool of future talent.
Candidate Experience & Selection
Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and identify high-calibre individuals for our opportunities.
Ensure every candidate experiences Acosta's people-first approach throughout the hiring journey.
Present high-quality shortlists with clear, valuable insights for hiring managers.
Support offer negotiations and post-placement follow-up to ensure successful onboarding.
Employer Brand & Attraction
Champion the Acosta Europe brand across all recruitment touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that showcases who we are and what makes us unique.
Represent Acosta at career fairs, events, and industry forums.
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and report key recruitment metrics that highlight performance and drive improvement.
Provide insight-led recommendations to enhance processes and speed-to-hire.
Share knowledge, support colleagues, and help develop recruitment capability across the team.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or client-led environment.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using recruitment technology, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
