PMO Manager | 12+ Months Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid | Circa £60k
We are currently supporting one of our long-standing Rail Provider clients to find them an experience PMO Manager to support a large culture change programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a pillar of delivery excellence within a new programme poised to take the business to new heights.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting business change programmes, with perhaps previous experience in a Business Analyst type position. They need someone with great stakeholder management skills, who is able to support the People Programme Change Manager to delivery the programme effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring effective project plans are in place, regularly updating
* Managing risks and mitigation plans
* Reporting project status to the Change Manager
* Monitoring project leads to ensure delivery will be met
What you will bring;
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a critical PMO
* Experience in larger organisations with head office and 'ground crew' workforces
* Outstanding comms and stakeholder management skills
* Empathy and emotional intelligence required to handle people change projects

* Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week in the office
* Office located in Central London
* Initial 12 months, with large potential for extension
