JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Building Safety Team is responsible for ensuring that all projects are safely designed, effectively managed, and successfully delivered, while upholding building regulations to safeguard our residents.
About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Building Safety Administrator to join our team in Oldham on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Building Safety Manager you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Planned and Building Safety Team.
As a Building Safety Administrator you will play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of raising works orders and purchase orders, ensuring invoices are processed with precision so that financial reporting remains accurate and dependable.
You will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly statistical reports to support managers within the team. You will assist with arranging internal and external meetings, managing calendar invitations, producing and circulating agendas and minutes.
You will also provide essential administrative support in the management of building safety cases, ensuring compliance and safety standards are upheld.
What we're looking for
You will be able to demonstrate:
Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using IT systems.
Attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.
