Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for upper management review.
Skills
* Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
