I am working with a client to recruit an Administration Support Assistant to join the team for a 6‑week temporary assignment. This role is vital in helping the site prepare for uing audits. You’ll support the review, organisation, and formatting of key documentation to ensurepliance with internal standards and audit requirements. Working closely with operational andpliance colleagues, you’ll help ensure everything is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review, organise, and re-format a range of site documents
2. Ensure documentation meets agreed templates, formatting standards, and version control
3. Support filing, indexing, and structuring of both digital and hard‑copy documents
4. Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and flag them to the site team
5. Provide general administrative support to assist day-to-day site needs
6. Work efficiently to meet deadlines ahead of audit timelines.
What We’re Looking For
7. Previous administration or office support experience
8. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style
9. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, or similar systems)
10. Highly organised, with the ability to manage repetitive or process-driven tasks
