Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Easter 2025/September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent) - Part-time can also be arranged for the right candidate

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive mainstream school in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and creating a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Adapt teaching methods to support students with different learning needs and abilities.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages student confidence and progress.
* Monitor and assess student development, providing feedback to promote academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student success.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or Overseas Trained Teacher.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
* An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
