Minimum qualifications: 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA, or experience in similar mission-critical environments. Experience implementing recommendations to solve staffing issues. Experience in talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and optimizing platforms. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fluid corporate environment, with a track record of acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship programmes or early-career talent initiatives, particularly within technical or infrastructure sectors. Proven investigative mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns and solve unique or moderately complex staffing problems. Negotiate and engaging offers to close talent, partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
