1. Maintaning accurate and up-to-date customer details and accounts records
2. Reconciliation of accounts
3. Processing and coding of invoices
4. Responding to queries in relation with sales invoices and credit control
5. Proactively communicate with businesses, customers and internal staff

6. Confidence using Microsoft Office programs
7. Basic experience/knowledge of sales ledger or credit control would be advantageous
