Job Description
DP World is looking for multiple Team Leaders to join our team in Minworth. The Team Leader will oversee business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stock inventory, coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
Please note: This is for our PM Shift.
PM Shift: Mon - Fri 3pm/11pm
How you will contribute
1. Ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently during their assigned shift.
2. Effective communication with customer and suppliers
3. Controlling and monitoring warehouse processes
4. Planning and managing the best use of resources
5. Monitoring and controlling work processes
6. Monitoring Health & Safety equipment and use
7. Ensure recording of all accidents / incidents and completion of all relevant documentation
8. Awareness of customer requirements
9. Ensuring order and cleanliness in areas of responsibility
10. Compliance with all legal requirements in the area of responsibility
11. Motivation of staff and leading by example
12. Ensuring compliance with SSOW and best practice
13. Sickness / absence monitoring including return to work interviews
