Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Active DV clearance is mandatory. Proven experience operating as a Senior or Lead Solution Architect in enterprise environments. Strong experience across Microsoft enterprise technologies. Experience leading solution design, architecture governance, and costing across complex programmes. Experience with architecture best practices and frameworks such as TOGAF. Experience working within structured delivery frameworks including PRINCE2 and Agile. Experience operating within secure or highly regulated environments. Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with both technical and strategic guidance. Experience supporting pre-sales, bid responses, and commercial solution shaping. Experience stabilising and recovering complex or underperforming programmes. Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Intune, Windows 11, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender and XDR, PIM, and MECM/SCCM. Familiarity with complementary technologies such as Azure, Windows Server, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Trellix, Citrix, Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Jamf, and Workspace ONE. Responsibilities: We provide technical governance across in-flight projects, ensuring alignment to architectural standards and best practice. We lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions across Microsoft enterprise environments. We own and deliver technical pre-sales activities, including solution design, bid input, and cost modelling. We lead customer strategy and opportunity sessions, presenting solutions at both technical and commercial levels. We take ownership of remediation activities across in-flight bids and delivery, resolving technical and programme issues. We perform quality assurance of technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency across outputs. We identify and develop additional opportunities within existing engagements. We manage and communicate technical risks to minimise exposure. We produce and maintain technical documentation and governance artefacts. We build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners. We support pre-sales, bid responses, and commercial solution shaping. We stabilise and recover complex or underperforming programmes.
