About the Role:
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive excellent online experience and service. You will support your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returns are refunded quickly and stock is prepared for online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Store management team in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
2. Manage a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven.
3. Create an inspiring atmosphere, supporting, motivating, and encouraging your team to perform at their best.
4. Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team.
5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
