Qualifications
* Proven ability to translate customer needs into IT services with business value.
* Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation.
* Strong technical knowledge of end‑user environments and transition planning.
* Experience creating business cases that demonstrate ROI and cost savings.
* Skilled in complex deal solutioning and financial modeling.
* 5+ years in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem-solving.
* Multilingual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, and network presales is a plus.

We're looking for an experienced Solution & Services Advisory Architect to lead pre‑sales and delivery of IT transformation solutions, translating customer needs into business‑focused outcomes.
