Elevate is recruiting Paralegal to join our Compliance Operation Team in the UK.
As a Paralegal you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our Customer, using your attention to detail skills, reviewing high volumes of litigation documents, cooperating with a wider team.
Specifically, a Paralegal will:
* Perform abstraction of low to mid complexity contracts including NDAs, Software License etc.
* Review low to mid complexity contracts.
* Review high volumes of complex litigation documents with highest productivity and accuracy.
* Identify and assess the impact of application of review guidelines on documents.
* Draft Decision Logs.
* Ensure adherence to Elevate’s standard operating procedures on projects.

* Acute attention to detail while also using good judgment to achieve desired results within timelines.
* Excellent drafting skills, particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Flexibility working on different projects from contract abstraction/review to litigation document review.

* Like the sound of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment for a quickly growing company.
* Are proficient in relevant technology and have a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent drafting skills, particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Professionalism in both verbal and written work.

* Positive approach and able to work well in a close-knit team setting.
* Integrity, ability to own mistakes and to learn from them.
Experience:
* 2-4 years of relevant legal practice.
* Excellent track record in previous position with client support/customer service.
* Experience in abstraction and reviewing of low to mid complexity contracts.
* Experience in litigation document review.
Technical skills:
* Experience with Microsoft Products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to learn and use workflow tools, such as Cael or QuickBase.
Qualifications:
* Law Degree.
