Sales Manager - Finance Division 35k Basic 70k OTE We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing finance team within a fast-paced automotive retail environment. This role is key to driving finance performance, supporting Business Managers, and ensuring top-tier customer service throughout the sales process. What You'll Do: Lead and coach a team of Business Managers to exceed finance and insurance (F&I) targets. Oversee finance performance and customer experience. Manage relationships with lenders and stay current with finance products. Handle inbound/outbound leads and support the sales journey. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FCA). What You'll Need: Proven background in sales and F&I management. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. FCA accreditation (or willingness to gain it).
