OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts. Salary: £32,000 Per Annum Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.

Here at Charles Hurst, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. We desire someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge in parts, either Franchise or After-market.
With direct purchase accounts with over ten Franchise marques plus an established After-market range, we offer a unique opportunity to extend to our customer base. The role involves developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, operating from our Trade Parts Hub, identifying new customers, and expanding relationships with independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors.
The candidate should possess:
* Strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
* Ability to work within sales strategies to increase revenues
* Supportive collaboration with the Trade Hub team for excellent customer service
* Accurate record-keeping of achievements
* Close cooperation with parts sales, accessory, and transport managers
* Strong relationships with tele-sales team to achieve targets
* Experience in a similar automotive environment with a proven sales record
* IT literacy, especially Excel and Word; CDK/Kerridge experience is preferred
* Financial performance monitoring skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
