About Us

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator supports the HR department by maintaining records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
1. Support recruitment processes, including drafting ads, screening resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
2. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
3. Ensure completion of pre-employment checks.
4. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
5. Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies.
6. Organize employee appreciation activities and events.
7. Manage engagement on Flow Engage platform and ensure training targets are met.
8. Process payroll, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
9. Support HR projects, audits, and policy updates.
10. Provide administrative support, including filing and correspondence.
11. Verify employee data for payroll and address related queries.
Candidate Profile
* Experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
* Knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong resilience and professionalism.

Additional Information
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. The position is 20 hours per week, part-time, and entry-level in HR.
