The role
offers a daily mix of phone based customer service and administration work in a busy and very friendly office within an expanding and stable organisation.
Customer Service Administrator – duties include:
1. Answer and resolve customer queries and take ownership of the task, via telephone and email.
2. General policy administration
3. Pro-actively follow up customer enquiries and convert to policies where possible
4. Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
5. Produce high quality documents and maintain computer records
6. Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products
7. Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
8. Undertake regular learning and development
Experience, competencies and knowledge required
9. Experience within a telephone based or customer facing / support role
10. Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
11. Customer focussed – a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills
13. Good prioritisation and time management skills along with high accuracy levels
14. Good IT skills and keen to learn and develop on new systems
