Description
* Develop and implement strategic eCommerce sales plans to drive revenue growth.
* Oversee the online sales channels and ensure optimal performance and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer journey.
* Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Manage relationships with key eCommerce platforms and partners.
* Ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business goals within the FMCG industry.
* Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets effectively.
* Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
