The successful candidate will reside within the designated geographical territory.
This is a field-based role, covering the regions of the Home Counties: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Oxfordshire.
Unrestricted travel within these areas is required, along with occasional overnight stays as necessary.

About the Product and Compliance Trainer Role:
Reporting to the Product and Compliance Training Manager, this role primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments, guided by a structured training program. The scope includes supporting NHS and private hospitals, as well as addressing training needs across other industry segments.
Responsibilities as our Product and Compliance Trainer include:
* Provide training across all product categories, utilising a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.
* Represent SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
* Conduct detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts, including End Users and Distributors.
Experience you’ll bring as our Product and Compliance Trainer:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
* Recognised Training qualification and/or experience
