Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include:

* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored correctly, and areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
* Following standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Being aware of restaurant goals and targets to contribute effectively
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
* Reporting all work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
