Our client is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Yorkshire Commercial team initially on a scheme in North Yorkshire. They are established in the region with work for the next 3-5 years secured and an increasing presence on large regional frameworks.
Role/requirements as follows:
•Final accounts
•Sub-contractors tendering
•Sub -contractors payment
•Cost plans
•Valuations
•Variations
•Cost reporting
•Experience of administering NEC Contracts
