Responsibilities
* Oversee the on‑site electrical installation, coordination, and delivery of large‑scale mission‑critical construction projects.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
* Drive daily progress meetings, reporting on milestones, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Collaborate closely with design, commercial, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution.
* Ensure adherence to company procedures, health & safety regulations, and client specifications.
Qualifications
* A strong electrical background.
* Proven experience managing large‑scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
* Ability to lead site teams effectively, resolve technical issues, and maintain a proactive approach to project delivery.
* Willingness to be on‑site 5 days a week, with flexibility to travel or stay away as needed.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
