Many pupils at SToC face barriers to learning, so simply delivering the curriculum isn't enough. Our staff build strong relationships with children and families, and teachers are meticulous in their formative assessments to meet each child's needs. This role requires hard work and thoughtful practice but offers the opportunity to develop into an outstanding teacher.
