Our client, a leading training provider in the UK, is currently seeking a Chef Coach to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
* Coaching learners in their workplace, typically within some of the UK's most renowned hospitality establishments
* Guiding learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship standards
* Providing tailored support and progress reviews to ensure learner development
* Maintaining accurate records of learner progress in accordance with company and regulatory standards
* Developing and adapting training materials to meet the unique needs of learners
* Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements:
* Experience in cooking with fresh food or holding Pro Cook Level 2 qualification
* Experience in working in a front-of-house setting
* Experience in preparing, cooking, and finishing a variety of fresh and seasonal dishes
* Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills
* Ability to work autonomously
Desirable Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching qualification
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery
* BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
* Experience in the work-based learning/education environment
