We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and food quality. Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
* Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability.
* Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that reflect current trends.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
* Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation and production techniques.
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
* Experience as a barista or knowledge of beverage preparation is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
